We are nearing the most wonderful time of the year, I can smell it in the air. I like going to the stores and seeing the “new” stuff. Some times it is the same idea but recycled yet it still brings a smile to my face.

Thanksgiving is just around the corner, with all the good food and games and laughter and gatherings with family and friends.

I am aware that it is not that way for a lot of people but, I believe that if each one of us can bless even one person or family, it could be magical…

These holidays should be a time of reflection too, yes we have worked hard all year-long and it is time to enjoy the fruits of our labor, but I believe that if we can do just one-act of random kindness, it could be magical…

Well this is all for now my friends,  sometimes I get like this,  just hoping that the whole wide world could be happy,  even if it be for One Day…

Enjoy each day and give freely the gift of a smile, it doesn’t cost anything ..

Well this is all for now, see you soon 🙂

  1. I love this time of year! I love the cool, crisp air (wasn’t wild about the half foot of snow we grabbed up las night, but can’t have it all, right?) and the colors…OH! The colors! The smells, all those cool harvest foods cooking, the warmth of the heat coming from the oven…and the holiday itself, where we take our time, relax, reflect on our blessings. I know this is an American holiday, but I see no reason why we can’t share it with other countries. One day out of the year where we give thanks for our blessings, and reflect on how we can make the lives of others around us a little more pleasant…that’s universal.
It doesn’t have to be religious…just human. (Well, get the pets involved, too)
So, for people from other countries…take this day, learn a thing or two about our traditions…then make your own traditions! Enjoy!!!

  2. I agree totally. One small random act of kindness can go a very long way 🙂 Excuse my ignorance, but when do you guys have Thanksgiving?
