Summer Days are finally here, and with it comes the need to see more of nature, which I have done and will continue doing,  this means my blog updates will be around 2 or 3 times a week.

Thanks to Each Of You for your well wishes, Hugs and Love!!!

I visited with most of you while I was “away” but I am still having trouble commenting. I have no idea how long this is going to last, but it feels like it will Go ON and ON…

Please check your spam folder and unspam if you find me.  The weird part is that it seems random…

Okay, with that out-of-the-way,  let me tell you what I have worked on:

My Recycled Rug or RR for short,  is coming along.  I have decided to go with the oblong shape, because I have an old ugly rug that I wanted to discard but did not want to throw out.

Working with different materials comes with a lot of challenges. As I have said before I believe T-shirts makes the best yarn,  but I can and have used old ragged bed sheets which are NOT as soft and nice as T-shirt yarn, so that is why RR needs a foundation. I want him to be a fully functional rug and not just an Accent.

I am working on the design but I am leaning toward a big and extreme granny square, which I am hoping will complement

RC and Otto

Next, I am working on the Bullion and Bruges Lace CAL, and this project has taught me a lot already: like never ever starting a CAL with techniques I have never used before without having the end project already designed, because frogging is not nice ever and the Road Trip won’t be fun with a lot of  “mechanical failures”  so keep tuned for more chapters on this saga…..

Next, I am at the end of Big Lil Pet and just want her checked off,  so everyday I try to work on her for a bit,  she’s getting on my nerves, well, to tell the truth, it’s been like that for a long time now, please don’t tell her…..

So, this is all for now, hopefully you are enjoying your life and finishing projects too. have you started on your Christmas list yet?? me either..

Well I hope you have a very terrific day today, Enjoy!!!! 🙂 🙂
